Install the Plugin “VIVA AI” in Google Docs

- Click the “Install” button in the Google Workspace Marketplace / Chrome Web Store.
- Confirm the required permissions.
- After installation, the add-on/extension is automatically available:
- In Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, you can find it under “Extensions > [Name of the Extension]”.
- In Chrome, you can find the icon under the Extensions menu (puzzle symbol in the top right).
- To start, simply open the menu and select “VIVA AI”.
