The option “Package & Send” (VIVA FileSender) enables the completed document to be sent to VIVA or a predefined recipient fully automatically with all fonts and images and sends you a confirmation message with all the required information.
Security notice (21 October 2026): VivaDesigner, VivaDesigner Server and VivaCloud are not affected by the PHP vulnerabilities CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619. These vulnerabilities only affect PHP installations that handle web requests themselves. VivaCloud does not use PHP for this, and VivaDesigner Server handles web requests itself. Nevertheless, please always install the updates we provide promptly.
