The advantage of VIVA® points is that you do not have to place an order for every small order (for example, the translation of 100 lines of text into another language). This makes the work of company employees in particular much easier. In addition, he or she would possibly have to purchase services that he or she cannot fully utilize. This applies, for example, to the purchase of image licenses or the fully automated translation of texts. With the points from VIVA®, the end customer is considerably more flexible and he saves time and therefore also money.
How can I buy VIVA Points?
You buy a certain number of points in the VIVA® Shop at a fixed price (package price) or defined exchange rate and can use them in all VIVA® products for various purposes.
With the purchase you receive a code which you credit in your VIVA® program. The VIVA® program thus acts as an account for your points. You can use VIVA® points to pay for all VIVA® service/additional services. This includes, for example, the fully automatic translation of texts, the fully automatic cropping of images or the purchase of image licenses. You can replenish your VIVA® account at any time by purchasing additional points.
What services can I order and pay for at VIVA?
1. Translations
You can translate individual texts or complete documents into over 20 languages and pay for this service with VIVA® Points.
The dialog shows your current account balance and the exchange rate for the service. In addition, the costs for this order are displayed, which will be deducted from your VIVA® account after successful execution. The Buy translation now option will only be displayed if your VIVA® account has sufficient funds. Choose Buy VIVA® Points if you do not have enough points in your VIVA® account.
2. Automatic image clipping
You can clip images fully automatically and pay for this service with points from your VIVA® account. VIVA® uses artificial intelligence for this purpose.
The dialog shows your current account balance and the costs for this order, which will be debited from your VIVA® account after successful execution. The Buy image clipping now option is only displayed if your account has sufficient funds. Choose Buy VIVA® Points if you do not have enough points in your VIVA® account.
3. Images subject to licensing
You can place images that are subject to royalty/licensing directly in the layout and pay for this service with points from your VIVA® account. The dialog shows your current account balance and the costs for the respective image, which will be debited from your account after successful execution. The higher the resolution of the image, the higher the number of points that will be debited from your VIVA® account. The Buy image now option is only displayed if your account has the appropriate coverage. Choose Buy VIVA® points if you do not have enough points on your VIVA® account.
