Search for and import characters in the text font or in the font selected in the Glyphs palette.
Character Inspector (2)
With Roman text, the Character Inspector can also be used to alter the position of characters in a word interactively (here “YSL”). For this example you only need one text object with three characters which you can move. This saves having several text objects or time-consuming character spacing and baseline offset settings.

VivaDesigner supports ALL languages and writing directions. With the Character Inspector, the position of so-called “dia-critical characters” can be corrected manually. This is particularly useful for example in Arabic, where words may contain many “dia-critical characters”.

Improve the display of your text with the automatic optical alignment that can be applied to any character. Create Drop Caps in any size and optimize the typography with an automatic runaround of the Drop Cap shape. Display characters with a colored outline.

How does VivaImpose work?
From the very beginning VIVA has followed a completely new and revolutionary path in electronic imposition.
The starting point for the development was that our customers wanted to be able to manage the complex technology as simply as possible. Just three simple steps are necessary in the Workstation Version of VIVAIMPOSE to process a job completely in just a few minutes: data import, imposition and output. Only one step is necessary in the Server Version of VIVAIMPOSE to complete a job in seconds: to transfer data to the server, which delivers the imposition fully automatically.

VIVA Integration
With standard interfaces, the PrintPlus printer portal DRUCK and VIVA are completely integrated for the users. They have the possibility of creating all their layouts with VivaDesigner, from business cards to a multi-page employee magazine.
The templates created in VivaDesigner are directly integrated in the printer portal. Here the user selects the product, completes the layout in VivaDesigner and puts it in the shopping basket of Printplus DRUCK.
Depending on the task and the working method, the documents may be created graphically in the browser with the “VivaDesigner Web Edition” or in form mode with the “VivaNWP Designer”. Both interfaces are included in the standard interface of Printplus DRUCK.
O/R/T (MMS, Marketing Management Software)

Important Note: VivaDesigner 9 is supplied as a 32-Bit and as a 64-Bit application version. When a full version is ordered, both versions will be supplied. When you download a Free Edition or a Demo version of VivaDesigner 9, only the 64-Bit version will be supplied. With all other versions (7.1, 8.0) a 32-Bit version will be supplied in all cases.
