Install the Plugin “VIVA AI” in Google Docs

• • Click the “Install” button in the Google Workspace Marketplace / Chrome Web Store.
  • Confirm the required permissions.
  • After installation, the add-on/extension is automatically available:
    • In Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, you can find it under “Extensions > [Name of the Extension]”.
    • In Chrome, you can find the icon under the Extensions menu (puzzle symbol in the top right).
  • To start, simply open the menu and select “VIVA AI”.

General requirements for desktop versions

• Computer with a present multi-core processor (recommended not older than 3-4 years).
• A 64 Bit operating system.
• Computer mouse or touchpad or pen.
• 1 GB of available hard disk space.
• 1 GB of free RAM, 2 GB of free RAM or more recommended.
• 32-bit video card with 1 GB RAM. 2 GB or more recommended.
• Monitor resolution: 1920 x 1080 or more. UHD Screens (i.e. Retina-Displays) are supported. Please refer to the technical hints using multiple monitors with different resolutions.
• USB 2.0 port for optional hardware protection of the operation of the software.
• Internet connection and email address for registration, upgrading and operation of the software. After registration the internet connection is not permanently necessary.

*Note: Installation on other versions of the mentioned operating systems are possible but NOT officially supported.

• Computer with a present multi-core processor (recommended not older than 3-4 years).
• An actual version of Firefox or Chrome. Edge, Safari or Opera are possible but not officially supported.
• 32-bit video card with 1 GB RAM. 2 GB or more recommended.
• Monitor resolution: 1920 x 1080 or more.
  Ultra High Definition (UHD) Screens (i.e. Retina-Displays) are supported (from version 10).
  Please refer to the technical hints using multiple monitors with different resolutions.
• Internet connection with at least 20 Mbit/s or more (50 Mbit/s or more recommended).
